Another new discovery of which we know little. Internet searches have revealed it has a Primary School, and we are hoping to make contact soon....
 Norfolk Highlands gets its name from being the highest point of land in the area. Lying between the Indian River and the Virginia Beach city boundary, it still has the feel of the countryside about it.
Houses started to appear in the 1950's when this was still farm-land.
