The West Stow Anglo-Saxon Village is a unique co-operation between St Edmundsbury Borough Council, The West Stow Anglo-Saxon Village Trust and The Friends of West Stow Anglo-Saxon Settlement. 'The Friends' were formed in 1980 "To promote understanding of the formative period of English History and the study of archaeology by the promotion, support, assistance and improvement of the Anglo-Saxon Settlement at West Stow." Through the pages of this web site you can learn all about The Friends, the reconstruction of the Anglo-Saxon Village and the Special Events throughout the year. |  |
