These before and after views, 64 years apart, have only one common element - the reredos - which remarkably survived the German bombing. The east window, shattered during the bombing was not replaced.
The reredos was made in 1931 and comes from Oberammergau. The 15th century font with fine carvings of apostles and saints came from All Saints church when that church, then redundant, became a community centre.
